CareStat provides qualified staff at your request. CareStat, as the employer, bills you an hourly rate for each staff member you request. We are then responsible for all payroll taxes and required insurance, including professional liability and worker’s compensation. CareStat has the qualified staff available to meets your needs, at your request. Any staff member that does not meet the hospital requirements is sent home within the first four hours of the assignment at no charge to the facility. Long-term scheduling is also available for extended need assignments at a reduced cost.
